FreshSurf is a young company for surfers and water sports lovers, founded in 2009 by two surfers, Tobias Stark and Stefan Schmal. FreshSurf is an official, certified surf school with an attachedsurf camp/surf house and apartments for the whole family in El Cotilloin the north of the Canary island of Fuerteventura. FreshSurf was founded by surfers for surfers and offers a complete package around active recreation and revitalising body and mind. We stand for freshness, activity and recharging your batteries, especially through new and refreshing experiences around surfing.
FreshSurf is tailored to surfers of every level: from beginners surfing their first waves to advanced surfersalready riding green waves,from solo travellers, groups of friends and couplesto families, young and old.
Values
For us, one thing is certain: anyone can learn to surf, no matter how old they are, how sporty they are, or whether they’ve had experience with board sportsor not. We get everyone on the board and into the wave.
For us, quality, customer satisfaction and a family atmosphere come first. Our goal is to use surfing (and learning to surf) to create a unique experience for our customers full of fun and joy, and to bring them closer to nature from a different perspective.
We see ourselves as an innovative and motivated team with fresh new ideas that are constantly being developed further. FreshSurf stands for open and transparent communication, both internally and externally with customers and partners. We live in the moment but also focus on sustainability. We place particular emphasis on safety, work with top-quality equipment from quality manufacturers and offer you all services first-hand.
We teach in smallgroups of no more than 5 people, each with one certified surf instructor, in theory and practice, to prepare them for surfing and the ocean.
