Gibt es ein Mindest- und ein Maximalalter um surfen zu lernen?
Minimum age: 7 years. For younger children, we offer tailor-made options as part of our family surf course – just talk to us and we’ll find the right solution.
No maximum age. As long as you feel fit and are motivated to learn to surf, you are very welcome to join us.
Surfing knows no age – you can start at any time. A basic level of fitness is important, as surfing challenges and strengthens the cardiovascular system. However, the technique and movement sequences can be learned at any age. Our professional surf courses are designed to meet the individual needs of each participant – whether in terms of age, fitness or learning speed. We focus on your personal progress
Muss ich fürs Wellenreiten sportlich fit sein?
Swimming is the only sporting requirement you need to have.
Especially at the beginning, surfing is mainly a question of technique – with the different take-off variations, we will get you safely on the board. It doesn’t matter whether you do sport regularly or not, because our lessons are adapted to your level.
A good basic level of fitness and good body awareness can speed up your progress, but are not a prerequisite for learning to surf successfully.
