- You support us in organizational activities, like to lend a hand and sometimes get your hands dirty.

- You would like to work in the Surfhouse and in the office, both in guest management and at the desk in administrative activities.
- It’s okay for you to work on Sundays sometimes.
YOUR MAIN TASKS INCLUDE
- Guest support and contact person for FreshSurf (contact person for questions about our accommodation and activities)
- Active problem solver
- Organization of joint activities (dinners, excursions, etc.)
- Supervision of the Surfhouse & our apartments (check-ins & check-outs, tours, organization of repairs, laundry, etc.)
- Preparation of the welcome package (breakfast) in the Surfhouse
- Decoration, repair & renovation work
- Social media (Instagram, Facebook stories, blogging, taking and editing photos)
- Optimization of the website (revision of the German and English website, SEO, etc.)
- Administrative tasks (maintenance of the contact database, processing of bookings, creation of booking confirmations, creation of offers, maintenance of administrative data, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS PROFILE
– Age 21+
– Experience in tourism and/or gastronomy desirable
– Knowledge of business administration, tourism, communication or IT desirable
– Driving license class B
– Language skills: German & English (must have), Spanish
– Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet and social media affinity
– Friendly, courteous, good humor, motivated, responsible, reliable, good time management, talent for improvisation, creative, flexible, resilient, willing to work 7 days a week
– Love of sports, nature, the beach and the ocean

- 6 h / day with a 5-day week (2 consecutive days off / week, Sundays + weekday off every 3 weeks)
- 30 working days vacation

As a coordinator, you will support and manage our small, informal team in the office and take on the task of coordinating between the different areas: Surf cooperation partners, surf schools, cleaning team, other cooperation partners, etc. The position is subordinate to the management.
Your main area of responsibility includes:
- Day-to-day business in the office (co-working, organization, personnel management and guidance)
- Preparation of the “Welcome Package” 3 days a week (preparation, shopping, follow-up, etc.)
- Coordination of the various areas of our surf company

With us, you will work approx. 75% in day-to-day business and administration and 25% in one or more key areas. These areas are as follows:
- Search engine optimization and web: You should have experience in SEO and understand the optimization of websites via WordPress. You should have an affinity for design and creativity and ideally also have some knowledge of programming.
- Social media / content creator: The world of Instagram, Facebook and co. is your hobbyhorse. You are familiar with the strategies and functions of social media channels and follow trends and current developments. Do you like taking photos and are you familiar with shooting, editing and producing video clips?
