Hola!

I fell in love with the village of El Cotillo many years ago. Since then you’ll find me here on holiday pretty much every year. The words “relaxation” and “serenity” describe this place best for me! What I love most is that you can see the sea from almost every corner.

After having to wait 2 whole years for my planned trip to Spain because of Corona, I finally set off at the beginning of this year! I quit my job and gave up my flat in Germany for the time being so that I could throw myself fully into my adventure. Where did I start? In El Cotillo, of course! I stayed here for 2.5 months before heading on to mainland Spain. So this year I got to escape the German winter and discover lots of beautiful places, snorkel in dreamy bays, eat delicious tapas and meet interesting people. After all these great experiences all over Spain, I still didn’t feel like my journey should be over yet. Something was missing – oh yes, my way back to Fuerteventura!

I was lucky that FreshSurf was looking for staff just then – so I seized my chance straight away!

Now I’m looking forward to meeting you in our surf office/shop from now on.
