We are often asked if we can give you restaurant tips for El Cotillo. So today we want to introduce you to Pasqualina Bistrot El Cotillo and recommend it to you. Pasqualina is located right next to our surf school and invites you to linger at any time of day. You can start your day with a fresh coffee before a surf session or owner Massimo will have a delicious breakfast ready for you. But even after a day on the beach at Piedra Playa, it’s just a short walk to Pasqualina. You can fortify yourself there for lunch or sit down for an aperitif in the evening. Refresh yourself with delicious cold drinks and relax to live music as the day draws to a close.
Location of the Pasqualina
The location of Pasqualina Bistrot El Cotillo is simply perfect for our surf students. When you step out of our office, you’ll find yourself on the restaurant’s large terrace where you can relax on the chairs. From there, you have a view of the Castillo de Tostón and the vast desert landscape of Fuerteventura. The light is particularly beautiful in the morning when the sun is just rising.
Delicious start to the day at Pasqualina
Enjoy your first coffee of the day with a view of the vast natural surroundings. What more could you want? The Pasqualina conjures up delicious croissants and crépes. Homemade cakes – tartas caseras – are also on the menu. Of course, sandwiches are also part of a good breakfast. Here you can simply choose your own toppings. Everything is freshly prepared. If you want to feel really fit in the morning, we recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice from Pasqualina. You can even get milkshakes. As you can see, the Pasqualina provides the perfect start to your day.
Lunch at Pasqualina
Lunch at Pasqualina is a dream. The restaurant is characterized by using only fresh, high-quality ingredients. Everything is homemade, of course. For lunch, you can choose between different pinxtos or enjoy fresh salads. The FreshSurf office team is a fan of the mixed tapas platter. You can place it in the middle of the table and share it with your friends in a convivial atmosphere. Serrano ham, olives, and so on … you’ll find everything your tapas heart desires here. We usually serve it with a cool white wine. Wonderful! A special highlight at Pasqualina is the homemade pasta, which smells right into our office. You can even choose the type of pasta to suit your taste. You can choose from tagliatelle and spaghetti to orecchiette and even gnocchi. Are you a fan of Spain? Then we recommend the homemade tortilla for lunch. Simply delicious!
Aperitif and live music
After a relaxing day on the beach at Piedra Playa or a successful surf session, there’s nothing more relaxing than ending the day at Pasqualina. Treat yourself to a delicious aperitif or cocktail while the sun slowly sets. Massimo also offers a Copa de Vino or Ocean Beer.
On some days, the Pasqualina is particularly busy.
Various artists, such as Simon Korsak, are invited to brighten up the evening with atmospheric live music. The ambience is simply perfect.
