A basic level of fitness is important, as surfing challenges and strengthens the cardiovascular system. However, the technique and movement sequences can be learned at any age.<\/p>\n

It doesn’t matter whether you do sport regularly or not, because our lessons are adapted to your level.<\/p>\nA good basic level of fitness and good body awareness can speed up your progress, but are not a prerequisite for learning to surf successfully.<\/p>\n

There is no fixed start time, but you decide each day based on the conditions (tide, wave size, wind) when and where you go surfing.<\/p>\n

On Fuerteventura, the water temperature is between a pleasant 18 \u00b0C in winter and 22 \u00b0C in summer – so it never gets really cold here.<\/p>\n
We provide you with a 3 mm wetsuit for your surf course, which will keep you reliably warm and protect you from the wind at the same time.<\/p>\n
However, if you are particularly sensitive to the cold, we recommend that you either bring your own thicker wetsuit or wear additional lycra under your wetsuit. Talk to us – we will advise you individually and find the right solution so that you feel completely comfortable!<\/p>\n

We provide you with a 3 mm wetsuit for your surf course, which will keep you reliably warm and protect you from the wind at the same time.<\/p>\n
However, if you are particularly sensitive to the cold, we recommend that you either bring your own thicker wetsuit or wear additional lycra under your wetsuit. Talk to us – we will advise you individually and find the right solution so that you feel completely comfortable!<\/p>\n
