Olivo Corso is our absolute favourite among the restaurants in El Cotillo. Lovingly and rustically furnished, the restaurant creates a cosy atmosphere. You can eat there at any time of day, because Olivo Corso has something for everyone. From typical tapas and fresh fish dishes to fantastic salads, main courses and breathtaking desserts, you will find everything your heart desires. For those who like fish, we particularly recommend the tuna tataki and caramelised octopus as main courses. It’s also the perfect place for a glass of wine or sangria. Although the restaurant is known for its Spanish delicacies and fish dishes, vegetarians will also find something to their liking here.
You can sit outside either in front of or behind the restaurant, and of course inside too, where there is a cosy atmosphere.
